This is a question of limiting reactant .Here they are asking if all reactants given in the reaction mixture are 6 moles which one is LR.
Here 6 is amount given in the reaction mixture.
Take 6 moles Au ----> moles of NaOH
Take 6 moles NaCN ----> moles of NaOH
Take 6 moles O₂ ----> moles of NaOH
Take 6 moles H₂O ----> moles of NaOH
