Higher the conjugation effect lower is the frequency of C=O stretch
Here in i conjugation is due to lone pairs on N and in ii no conjugation and in iii two N atoms are responsible for conjugation
conjugation is increasing in this order
ii < i< iii
hence frequency will decrease in this order

ii > i> iii
