Hello
The question is:
0.50g of Methane Gas was completely burnt to form water and carbon dioxide. The energy released was used to heat 250 g of water in a calorimeter. The water's temperature increased from 21 to 47.3 degrees Celsius. Assume the specific heat capacity of water to be 4.2 J / deg / g.

Calculate the energy absorbed by the water.

Now, I used
H = 250 x 4.2 x 26.3
resulting in 27.62 kJ

But the answer says 23.84 kJ

Any help please? Thank You!
