Title: Grams of C in sample
Post by: Chempop on February 15, 2020, 05:32:32 PM
How many grams of carbon atoms are present in sample of C3H8 if there are 6.70 moles of hydrogen atoms in the sample?

Please let me see the work! I really want to learn how to do this 😬

Look at the formula
1 moles of C3H8 has 8 moles of H
so start with 6.70 moles of H atoms
6.70 moles H * 1mole of C3H8/8 moles of H
You will get your answer.
