A petid bond is definined as an amid bond between the aminogroup of one amino acid and a carbonyl group of another amino acid. So it is answer a. 1 bond. The amino acids are Alanin and Valin. The first one has an amid group with an acetyl group. The other one is a hydrazid derivate.
