10-Amines + HONO (cold acidic solution)  →  Nitrogen Gas Evolution from a Clear Solution
Primary aliphatic amines react to give unstable diazo compounds which are not resonance stabilized and hence will break down into alcohol.
Secondary amines they give nitroso compounds.
20-Amines + HONO (cold acidic solution)  →  An Insoluble Oil (N-Nitrosamine)
Even primary aromatic amines make diazo compound on amine N and in A option you can see that your amine is tertiary and diazo compound is not on amine N.
30-Amines + HONO (cold acidic solution)  →  A Clear Solution (Ammonium Salt Formation)
