Isostructural species are the one which have same structures irrespective of different hybridization or electron domain geometries. The final shape of the molecule should be the same for them to be isostructural.Like CO2 and XeF2 are isostructural but one has sp2 hybridization and other has sp3d hybridization.
Draw the Lewis dot structure of all the species and compare shapes of the molecules

1) Carbonate ions are trigonal planar ,Nitrates are also trigonal planar so they are isostructural

2) PCl4 + is tetrahedron and silicon tetrachloride is also tetrahedral so they are isostructural.

3)PF5 is trigonal bipyramidal but BrF5 is square pyramidal so they are not isostructural.

4)AlF63 - is octahedral and SF6 is also octahedral so there isostructural
