Grignard reagents are with R-(carbanion) which is a strong base and can react with any acidic hydrogen present in the molecule.
In case of terminal alkynes ,hydrogen present on sp carbon is acidic in nature and can react with carbanion of Grignard reagent.
Option a- is a terminal alkyne with acidic H and can not make Grignard reagent.
