What 2 properties of a gas makes less ideal/more real? why?

Can you please verify if this answer is correct:
A real gas is defined as a gas that does not obey gas laws at all standard pressure and temperature conditions.
At STP, a gas will have intermolecular force of attraction and volume and mass.

It can be worded as
1) Intermolecular forces of attraction of real gases which results in less pressure than ideal gas and hence deviation from ideal behaviour.
2) Molecular volume which results in less free volume available to move freely and hence deviation from ideal behaviour.
These two factors are negligible at high temperature and low pressure.
