Title: Acids and Bases Equilibrium question--titrations

Provide a net ionic equation to show  why a given weak/strong titration is not 7 at the equivalence point

Let us say weak acid is HA  and strong base is MOH
Strong base is fully dissociated
HA + OH- ----> H2O + A -
At the equivalence point [HA] and [OH-]= 0.0M
So it means pH is controlled by A- and H2O
Now A- is a stronger conjugate base of a weak acid and will react with water to generate OH- is the solution which make the pH more than 7
A-  + H2O <---> HA + OH -
