Equilibrium Question--Temp Change and K

Please advise if these understanding are correct. Please correct if they are wrong. Thanks a lot.

Increase in Temp---> K will Decrease for Exothermic Reaction
For Exothermic reaction, reaction release heat and temperature decreases and K will increase.

Decrease in Temp---> K will Increase for Endothermic Reaction
For Endothermic reaction, reaction absorb heat and temperature decreases and K will increase.

Exothermic reaction
A  <---> B + Heat
As T increases , equilibrium shifts to left to nullify increase in heat. Means more reactants and less product so it means K value decreases.
This is based on Le Chateliers principle.

You need to understand like this.
Otherwise what you have written is correct.
